About Our Shop

Penn Automotive is a full-service auto-body and collision repair facility established in 1959. Owner Joel Feldman is the only mechanical engineer in Pittsburgh to run his own collision shop — a licensed damage appraiser and mechanic with over 30 years of experience.

We work on foreign and domestic vehicles and light trucks, and we use PPG automotive finishes exclusively, applied in a state-of-the-art paint booth with a proper curing process.

Can I choose my own repair shop?

Yes. Pennsylvania law gives you the right to choose any repair facility you want, regardless of what your insurance company recommends.

What is a deductible?

Your deductible is the amount you pay out-of-pocket before insurance covers the rest. We can explain how it applies to your specific claim when you come in for an estimate.

Do you work with rental cars?

Yes. We coordinate rental car pickup and return through major providers so you're not left without transportation during your repair.

What does your warranty cover?

All repairs come with a lifetime written guarantee on workmanship. If something isn't right, we make it right.
